FREE SHIPPING
Trilobe covers the shipping costs of your order, within the limits of the eligible countries as defined in the general terms and conditions of sale.
SECURED SHIPPING
Each parcel is insured and is delivered personally to the recipient against signature. Relay point delivery is not planned.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature any anomalies noted (open package, damaged packaging, etc.). If necessary, you must then contact our Customer Service by email.
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be processed by our partner UPS in the shortest time possible.

We will keep you informed of each step of the progress of your order by email.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Watches purchased on the website can only be delivered to the countries explicitly mentioned during the purchase process. For security reasons, we will not process any orders for which a remaining post office, PO box or Cedex address is provided. For any delivery directly to your hotel, we invite you to contact us.
Returns & Refund
14-DAY FREE OF CHARGE RETURN IN THE EU
We are committed to providing high quality products to our customers.
However, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, we will exchange it or refund it. You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of your product to return the products to us. For our customers outside the EU, the products have to be returned at your expense.
PERSONALIZATIONS
Custom creations cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURN MY WATCH
To facilitate the return of your watch, you can contact us.
The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and all the documents initially submitted with your Trilobe product. Items worn, damaged, bearing traces of wearing, micro-scratches or incomplete items will not be taken back or refunded and will be returned to you at your own expenses. Unidentified returned packages can also be returned to their sender. In order to warn you of the risks associated with the return of the product, it is recommended that you return your order by registered mail (DHL, UPS…)
REFUND
Generally, returns are validated within 14 working days of their arrival at our delivery address. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email. Then, the time required to re-credit your credit card will depend on the company that issued your card.
Gift Wrapping & Personalized Message
Our orders are carefully packaged and delivered in Trilobe packaging. You can also add a gift wrapping and a personalized message in the form of a card.

Be assured, we use the secure https protocol, with a certificate of validity, to transmit your banking information to our payment platform. Your credit card number is securely encrypted throughout the whole process.
PAYMENT & VAT
Our service is exclusively reserved for end consumers. The prices indicated include French VAT, unless otherwise indicated when ordering. For each order placed an invoice will be issued. This document will be sent as an attachment with the package shipping confirmation email. However, once the order has been confirmed, it will be impossible for you to modify the information you have entered, just as it will be impossible for us to issue a new invoice.
VAT REFUND
VAT refund on our watches is possible for customers residing outside the European Union, aged 16 and older, whatever the form of your purchase (remotely or on site…).
