These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Site. For the purposes of these Terms, the terms “Trilobe”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TRILOBE WATCHES, as identified above.

Trilobe reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. The version in force is the version published on the Site on the date of your visit. We therefore encourage you to review these Terms regularly. Any new version shall take effect as soon as it is published on the Site.

ONLINE STORE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Any order placed online, by telephone or through our customer service is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The provisions relating to limitation of liability set out in this Legal Notice do not apply to the sale of products, which is governed exclusively by the relevant provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
USE OF SITE CONTENT
The Site has been designed to present Trilobe, its universe, its creations and its services. We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may appear between the images displayed on the Site and the products themselves, in particular due to the display settings of your screen or browser, or technical reproduction constraints. Trilobe shall not be held liable for such variations.
You may download, display or print certain elements of the Site solely for your strictly personal, private and non-commercial use, provided that all intellectual property notices remain intact.
Unless otherwise stated, all elements visible or accessible on the Site, including, but not limited to, texts, visuals, photographs, videos, illustrations, icons, documents, audio content, graphics, logos, trademarks and other content (the “Trilobe Materials”), are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This section applies exclusively to unsolicited communications sent to Trilobe and does not apply to information provided in connection with an order, a customer enquiry or the use of our services, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Any unsolicited communication or content that you submit to Trilobe through the Site, by email, via social media or by any other means, including any suggestion, idea, comment, proposal, question or observation, shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Unless otherwise required by law, by submitting such content, you authorise Trilobe to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute or display it worldwide, in any medium and for as long as necessary, without compensation.
Trilobe develops its creations and projects independently and does not wish to receive unsolicited proposals for collaborations, creative concepts, designs, content or ideas. We therefore ask that you do not submit unsolicited creative proposals to Trilobe.

This section applies exclusively to the use of the Site and its content and does not apply to the sale of products, which is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Trilobe makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, Trilobe does not warrant that the Site, its content, its features or the servers through which it is made available will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses or other harmful components.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to any applicable mandatory legal provisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trilobe disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site, inability to use the Site, or use of the information contained therein, including in the event of data loss, business interruption or damage to computer equipment.
As certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The following are protected in particular: Trilobe, Trilobe Watches, Time. Liberated., Time Moves, Purpose Stays, the Trilobe logo, as well as the names of the collections and models.

All content available on the Site is protected by copyright and, more generally, by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorised by Trilobe, any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Site or any of its elements is prohibited.
HYPERLINKS
The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for information purposes only. Trilobe has no control over such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
The inclusion of such links shall not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation by Trilobe. The creation of any link to the Site, including to any of its pages, is subject to Trilobe’s prior written authorisation.
SUSPENSION OR INTERRUPTION OF ACCESS

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary applicable to consumers in their country of residence, any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, performance or breach of these Terms of Use shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
