Your Trilobe watch is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 24 months from its shipping or hand-delivery date, provided that the warranty card is signed by Trilobe or an authorized Trilobe point of sale. Any repair or revision work performed by a third party not approved by Trilobe will automatically invalidate the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage resulting from improper handling
- Wear and tear of the watch
- Shocks
- Loss or theft of the watch.
Under the Trilobe international warranty, transport and insurance costs, as well as maintenance and repair costs for your timepiece, are covered by us.
If your watch is no longer covered by the Trilobe international warranty, transport and insurance costs, as well as maintenance and repair costs for your timepiece, are at your expense. A first quote for the transport of your watch will be sent to you within 48 business hours following your service request. A transport kit for your watch will be shipped to you within 48 business hours from the date of your validation of the quote. A second quote concerning the maintenance and repair work, necessary for the proper functioning of your timepiece, will be sent to you after the diagnosis performed by our experts. The maintenance and repair phase of your watch will only begin after your acceptance of this quote. In the event that the quote is not accepted, the watch will be returned to its owner at their expense.
All maintenance and repair work performed by our authorized watchmakers is covered by our technical warranty for a period of 12 months following the intervention. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from improper handling. In case of damage caused by an unauthorized repairer, the watch will no longer be covered by the Trilobe warranty and must be repaired at your expense.
Our prices are subject to change on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the watch taken care of by our experts. The owner of the Trilobe timepiece will be informed of the cost of the service within the framework of the quote made following the watch's diagnosis.
