Trilobe watches are water-resistant up to 5 bar (50 metres in a mobile environment). A shower or tap jet can easily exceed 5 bar of pressure and compromise the water resistance of your watch.
For the watch to be water-resistant, always make sure the crown is pushed back as far as possible against the case band and never operate the crown underwater.
In general, we advise you to avoid wearing your watch for any water activities and to keep it away from water. Any damage related to improper use of the watch is not covered by the warranty.
The water resistance of Trilobe watches is ensured by safety seals that can be damaged by natural wear, temperature changes, shocks or cosmetics.
If condensation appears under the watch glass, it means that its water resistance system is damaged: it is then recommended to contact our service centre.
In case of immersion in sea or chlorinated water, we recommend cleaning your watch with a soft cloth soaked in slightly warm fresh water. Avoid any direct contact with chemical cleaning agents, solvents, detergents, and other abrasive and cosmetic products that could damage the case, strap or rubber seals.
