Each Trilobe watch has its own identification number, which attests to its authenticity. We provide two types of guarantee: the first covers manufacturing defects, the second covers technical interventions carried out on the watch.
OUR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Your Trilobe watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 24 months from its date of shipment or hand-delivery, provided that the warranty card is signed by Trilobe or an authorized Trilobe point of sale. Any repair or overhaul work carried out by a third party not approved by Trilobe would automatically invalidate the warranty. The warranty does not cover the following cases:
• Damage resulting from improper handling (refer to maintenance sections);
• Wear and tear of the watch;
• Shocks;
• Loss or theft of the watch.
OUR TECHNICAL WARRANTY
After any intervention carried out by a Trilobe-approved repairer, the work performed is guaranteed for a period of 12 months. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper handling. In the event of damage caused by an unauthorized repairer, the watch will no longer be covered by the Trilobe warranty and will have to be repaired at your expense.
