To facilitate the return of your watch, please contact our customer service, who will guide you through the process. Products must be returned in their original, perfectly intact condition, and in their original case, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and all documents provided at the time of purchase. Any item that has been worn, damaged, shows signs of use (such as micro-scratches), or is returned incomplete will not be accepted. It will then be re-shipped to you as is, at your expense. Furthermore, any package returned without clear identification may be sent back to the sender. For your security, we recommend that you make your return via a secure and tracked shipment, such as registered mail (DHL, UPS, etc.)
