Each parcel is insured and is delivered to the recipient in person against signature. Delivery to a pick-up point is not possible. You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies observed (open package, damaged packaging, etc.).
